Job Description – Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Protective Coatings

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Protective Coatings division in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience in Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings, or Construction Chemicals, with expertise in project sales, dealer management, and key account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve territory revenue targets.
  
• Develop new business with EPC contractors, industrial customers, consultants, and government projects.
  
• Manage dealer, distributor, applicator, and key account relationships.
  
• Generate project specifications with consultants, architects, PMCs, and project owners.
  
• Conduct technical presentations and coordinate with technical teams for project execution.
  
• Track project pipelines, prepare sales forecasts, and monitor market trends.
  
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings, or Construction Chemicals sales.
  
• Strong exposure to Project Sales, B2B Sales, Dealer Development, and Key Account Management.
  
• Experience working with industries such as Steel, Cement, Power, Mining, Infrastructure, Fabrication, and Heavy Engineering.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
