Job Description
- Perform detailed analysis and real-time interpretation of tissue samples to guide surgical decision-making and confirm diagnoses.

- Manage the surgical aspects of cancer care, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices in oncological procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case specifics and formulate holistic treatment strategies for patients.
- Possess a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in a hospital setting.
- Demonstrate a profound and technical understanding of cancer biology and its implications for surgical outcomes.
- Exhibit expertise in utilizing various cancer staging systems to assess patient conditions accurately.
- Show capability in the immediate and accurate interpretation of tissue samples during surgical procedures.
- Display strong coordination skills to effectively align surgical schedules with concurrent chemotherapy, radiation, and targeted therapy regimens.
