Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients from newborns to adolescents.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including infections, asthma, allergies, and developmental disorders.
- Administer immunizations and maintain up-to-date immunization records in compliance with national and institutional guidelines.
- Monitor growth and development milestones, providing early intervention referrals when necessary.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, safety, hygiene, mental health, and age-appropriate developmental expectations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Stay current with pediatric medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and best practices through continuous professional development.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health promotion initiatives targeting children and families.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic and coordinated care delivery.
