GREENKEEPER III

Job Purpose

To assist in the daily maintenance and presentation of the golf course to the required standards. This is an entry-level position focused on basic turf care, manual tasks, and supporting the wider greenkeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

• General Course Maintenance:
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks as directed
• Assist with mowing, trimming, and turf upkeep
• Maintain bunkers (raking, edging, sand leveling)
• Repair divots and pitch marks
• Remove debris (leaves, litter, branches)
• Irrigation & Course Setup:
• Assist with irrigation tasks and report leaks
• Support course setup (tees, pin flags, signage)
• Ensure playing surfaces are clean and presentable
• Equipment Use & Care:
• Operate basic tools and small machinery safely
• Clean and maintain tools after use
• Report damage or faults
• Health & Safety:
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE
• Work safely in outdoor conditions
• Comply with company and Qatar regulations
• Team Support:
• Work as part of a team
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
