Summary

We are hiring Automobile Sales Executives for an Indian multinational ride-sharing company. The role involves managing leads, demonstrating scooters, conducting test rides, and converting prospects into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presentable appearance and professional attitude
  
• Generate prospects through showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries
  
• Enter customer inquiry details accurately in the system
  
• Demonstrate scooter features and benefits to customers
  
• Conduct test rides and convert them into final sales
  
• Address customer queries related to specifications, delivery timelines, pricing, and finance options
  

KPIs

• Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TR
  
• Sales conversion from completed test rides
  
• Process adherence and following SOPs
  
• Customer experience and avoiding negative feedback
  
• Customer Experience (CX) rating
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6month to 1 year of experience in automobile sales/service sector
  
• Experience in 2W/4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance or banking preferred
  
• Must know driving and have a valid Driving License
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Only male candidates

• Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3 LPA + Incentives
