Grade: 5A

Overall Total Experience: Minimum 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Create data mapping documents, SQL stored procedures, and design Azure APIM APIs
• Manage Azure DevOps artifacts and resolve technical issues
• Monitor performance, implement best practices, and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare and present solution designs and technical documentation for integration approval
• Develop LLDs, HLDs, sequence diagrams, POCs, and prototypes to inform decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and manage onsite and offshore development teams
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to address integration challenges
• Drive multiple features and deliverables in parallel to meet business expectations
• Plan and manage production releases, feature management, and operational support
• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies, including Change Management, Backlog Refinement, Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  
  

• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Technical Architecture roles.
• Hands-on expertise with REST API integrations and Azure API Management.
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams across geographically distributed locations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale SDLC projects from inception to production support.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
