We are looking forward to hire SAP Project Manager Professionals in the following areas :

Role Overview

The SAP Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of SAP solutions and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership
• Manage full lifecycle SAP projects (S/4HANA, BTP, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and external vendors.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and provide status updates.
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Delivery & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
• Oversee integration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Team Management
• Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
• Foster collaboration in an agile/hybrid environment.
• Budget & Resource Control
• Manage project financials, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Optimize resource allocation and vendor contracts.
