What will your job look like?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Act as the escalation leader, managing critical account situations with confidence and clarity.
• Drive successful implementations in the MEC → OMS/SE domain, leveraging extensive business knowledge.
• Provide strong technical guidance across legacy and digital product suites.
• Champion innovation by integrating AI tools and practices into business processes.
  
  

• 10+ years of hands-on implementation experience in MEC → OMS/SE domain (business-focused) – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing escalations effectively.
• Strong technical understanding, including:
• Legacy product suite architecture (catalog, billing, ordering, SE).
• Digital product suite architecture (C1 & D1).
• AI tools, certifications, and demonstrated enthusiasm for applying AI in business.
  
  

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance business acumen with technical expertise.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
