We are currently seeking a SFDC Program Manager to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Summary Job Description: Salesforce Program Manager Role Overview The Salesforce Program Manager leads and oversees multiple Salesforce initiatives to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on program strategy, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end execution. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Salesforce programs across business and IT teams
• Define program scope, roadmap, timelines, and governance
• Drive execution, manage dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, architecture standards, and security requirements
• Provide executive-level reporting and clear communication to stakeholders
• Oversee resource planning, vendor coordination, and capacity management
• Support change management, adoption, and operational readiness
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and program optimization Required Skills and Experience
• 10 to 14 years of experience in program or project management, with at least five years in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience managing large, multi-cloud Salesforce programs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor partners
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Consultant, Architect)
• PMP or CSM certification is an added advantage Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
