Senior Project Manager - DELMIA Apriso

Drive successful execution (on Time, On Quality, and Budget) of projects to deliver committed value and ensure customer satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager - DELMIA Apriso is focused on planning, executing, and closing projects while effectively managing the project team and stakeholders. Supporting Presales, POVs, and RFPs.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide support and insights such as assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, project structure, and Governance
• Lead or contribute to the statement of work content definition of the project while complying with Value Engagement SOW standards
• Define the project plan and manage it throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Manage and provide guidance to the project team.
• Meet On Time, On Quality, and on Budget objectives within the agreed scope.
• Maximize Best Practice capitalization and re-use.
• Establish appropriate actions and plans to guarantee Confidentiality and IP protection.
• Establish a strong team / work together amongst the project team.
• Report on all aspects of projects (status, risks, actions, KPI’s, others) clearly and concisely.
• Ensure and support proper deliverable and knowledge hand over between Value Commitment and Value Delivery phase with project team.
• Establish and nurture a trust-based relationship with the Customer.
• Manage escalation and monitor progress until resolution. Maintain project budget.
• Manage project change requests.
• Manage relationships with Subcontractors and/or Partners for the scope of the project.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities on or outside the project.
• Produce the project lessons learned documentation
• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience - APRISO / QUINTIQ is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
• Experience in Presales
• Building Proposals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree
• 10+ Years of experience with more than 4 years’ experience in Project Management activities

• Services & consulting experience
• Must have MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience - APRISO / QUINTIQ is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
