QA Technical Lead

Your Team:

The candidate will be part of highly dynamic, technically competent, and global Codebeamer R&D team whose mission is to deliver a robust yet easy to use requirements management. software engineering and test management solutions. The team adopts a customer centric approach backed by strong agile practices.

Your Role:

• Define test strategy and scope of testing
• Create well documented New Feature and System Testing testcases
• Create Test Plans and estimates efforts for testing
• Develop and execution of test scripts and validation of test results (manual and automated)
• Define end to end scenarios depicting customer usecase using Real World datasets
• Continuously seeking feedback from Customer Response Team and fill testing gaps
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and overall productivity
• Help establish and improve an automated test environment for user interface (UI) and non-UI testing.
• Contribute to performance testing for New Feature testing
• Write and execute tests for accessibility
• Actively collaborate with developers, Product manager to shape the product and deliver product releases
• Provide feedback to team on product quality, call out risks/ issues and can balance quality with time-bound delivery
• Performs variety of quality assurance tasks
• Test AI features using representative, noisy, and adversarial inputs to ensure robustness.
• Validate tool’s outcome for accuracy, reliability, and consistency under various conditions
  
  
  

Day to Day:

• Participate in scrum meetings
• Write well documented testcases covering end to end scenarios for new features development and its execution
• Participate in testcase review process
• Participate in estimating QA efforts
• Participate in automation script creation and failure analysis
• Share technical information with the team and to a wider audience when appropriate
  
  
  

Required skills:

• 10+ years hands on experience on Web UI manual and automation Testing
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and working knowledge of SDLC
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• Playwright Automation / Rest Assured knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and milestones efficiently
