What You Will Do

• Senior Stakeholder Management~ Present regular project updates to VP & above on multiple AI initiatives
• Plan and Organize Projects~ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage Risks and Issues~ Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively; maintain RAID logs and contingency plans
• Control Budgets~ Prepare and monitor project budgets, track variances, and ensure financial compliance
• Execute and Monitor Delivery~ Coordinate global cross-functional teams, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans as needed
• Communicate Effectively~ Provide clear, timely updates through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder meetings
• Drive Process Improvements~ Implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO framework
• Lead Change Management~ Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and AI-driven solutions. Engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and drive organizational readiness
  
  

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and budgeting for large-scale programs
• Demonstrated experience in AI-related projects, preferably involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, or advanced automation technologies
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar). Monday.com will be nice to have
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving innovation
