Tech Project Manager – Job description

•   Project Manager will be responsible for driving project management activities in the Oracle MDM and EDQ, HCM/EDMCS, Product Data Hub, Customer Data Management, Supplier Data Hub
•   Strong understanding of Master Data management process execution from acquiring data from source system to visualization
•   Required Skills/ Experience - Overall 12-14 year of IT experience in Master Data Management with relevant experience in Project & People Management for min 4 years
•   He/ She will be responsible for END TO END project execution and delivery across multiple clients
•   Knowledge of Oracle MDM product and experience in Syndigo, Reltio or Stibo is a plus
•   Continuous learning and improvements in Engineering, Technical & Process capabilities
•   Must have experience in managing at least 2 end to end on MDM projects
•   Owns end to end accountability of the deliverables
•   Good communication skills . Should be able to organize the work/tasks well to the team.
•   Expected to manage a team of 15+ people with multiple modules/products running in parallel.
•   Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
•   Project Management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization and project structuring
•   Highly interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
