Job Title: Program Manager- MES

Department: Manufacturing IT / Digital Manufacturing

Overview

We are seeking an MES professional to implement, configure, and support Opcenter MES solutions. The role involves working closely with manufacturing, production, and quality teams to digitize shop‑floor operations and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize Opcener Execution (Process/Discrete).

Develop extensions, integrations, and custom logic using Opcenter SDK, MOM APIs, and scripting.

Analyze manufacturing and production workflows and translate them into MES functional requirements.

Collaborate with plant engineers, production managers, and IT teams to deliver MES solutions.

Perform MES system testing, validation, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.

Create and maintain documentation including functional specs, technical specs, and SOPs.

Troubleshoot MES issues and provide L2/L3 support for production environments.

Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLCs, and automation systems.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Opcenter Execution / Camstar MES.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and operations.

Knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle, stored procedures, and database queries.

Experience with C#/.NET, Java, or scripting languages used in Opcenter extensions.

Familiarity with integration tools, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware platforms.
