Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Functional consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions, including configuring and testing the system to meet client requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management module, as well as the ability to work closely with clients to provide a high level of functional expertise and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of the Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management system.
• Conduct regular system audits and analyses to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  
  

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Expertise in Performance Management
• Strong knowledge of Absence Management
• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  
  

• Familiarity with Time and Labor
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Understanding of ESS/MSS
• Experience in Recruitment
• Knowledge of Payroll
• Proficiency in Core HR
• Experience with Oracle Fusion
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite
• Familiarity with Oracle Taleo
