Summary: As a Data Science Practitioner, you will engage in the formulation, design, and delivery of artificial intelligence and machine learning-based decision-making frameworks and models aimed at achieving significant business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to measure and justify the value of AI and ML solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and drive impactful results. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, interpreting results, and providing insights that guide strategic decisions, all while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Develop and implement best practices for data analysis and model development to ensure high-quality outputs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Science. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
