Role Description & Responsibilities

In this role you will be able to leverage your technical expertise to provide excellent technical support to customers and partners.

• Provide advanced technical support on using PowerFLOW and other SIMULIA CFD simulation products as part of our User Request Engineering staff.
• Demonstrate the capability of the SIMULIA Fluid product suite to current and potential customers.
• Capitalize knowledge of troubleshooting procedures to enable User Success and User Request engineers.
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

M.Tech / ME in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industry experience in CFD simulation.
• Strong expertise with one or more RANS-based CFD solvers such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, COMSOL, or similar.
• Working knowledge or practical experience with LBM-based CFD tools (PowerFLOW, XFlow, OpenLB, or similar).
• Proficiency in CAD and pre-processing tools (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, Ansys Meshing, ICEM CFD, Pointwise, HyperMesh, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and numerical methods.
• Experience with turbulence models, conjugate heat transfer, multiphase flows, or related domains.
• Good understanding of numerical methods, discretization schemes, and convergence strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
