Responsibilities
Job Title: Inside Sales Assistant Manager
Location: Pune
Previous Experience: 12-14 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, with at least 6-7 years in leadership role leading Account Managers (AMs) and Team Leaders.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM/8:00 PM to 5:00 AM - Should be willing to work from the office. Willingness to work from office and stretch when business requires.
Job Overview: The Assistant Manager – Inside Sales will play a key operational role in supporting and managing Inside Sales activities across assigned regions and territories. This position requires a strong understanding of sales processes, coordination with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive performance through effective execution and oversight. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing budgets, driving account growth, and supporting the sales cycle in collaboration with the Inside Sales Manager and regional leadership . The individual will also contribute to tracking performance metrics, managing Accounts Receivable (AR), and ensuring alignment with strategic sales initiatives.

The Assistant Manager – Inside Sales will support regional Inside Sales efforts, working closely with Inside Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Associates to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, account management, and performance tracking. This role will help drive operational efficiency, ensure alignment with revenue targets, and support cross-functional coordination across assigned territories.
