We are seeking a motivated Apprentice to support the ICA Design team in engineering and documentation activities related to instrumentation, control systems, and automation projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to industrial design practices, standards, and tools under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Your role
Assist in preparation of ICA design documents such as:
Instrument datasheets
Cable schedules
I/O lists
Instrument Schedule
Control Philosophy
System Architecture
Support development and modification of drawings using CAD tools
Maintain engineering documentation and revision records
Participate in internal design reviews and coordination meetings
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety practices
Perform other tasks assigned by supervising engineers
Learning Exposure:
Instrument selection principles
Control system architecture basics
Industrial standards and codes
Engineering documentation lifecycle
Coordination across electrical, mechanical, and process teams
About You
Bachelors Degree in: Instrumentation Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Basic understanding of industrial instrumentation concepts.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office
