Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide effective solutions and maintain client satisfaction, all while deepening your product knowledge to enhance your ability to resolve client concerns efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - Strong understanding of system integration and application support. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with client relationship management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
