About The Team

The team is part of the Bank Solutions line of business and primarily supports RDC applications. They Provide after-hours support to bank representatives for urgent requests. For any downtime outside US business hours, team troubleshoots the issue immediately to restore services before the start of the US business day and engage CIM if needed. Team handle deployments and perform ongoing maintenance on production servers. Team works in rotational shifts, which are scheduled between 5~00 AM and 5~00 PM IST, Monday through Sunday.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor the production environment to ensure smooth and reliable operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal guidance, ensuring timely recovery
• Manage and maintain SQL databases, including writing queries, performing maintenance-window checks, and monitoring performance
• Deploy software and applications to production, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability
• Create and maintain deployment scripts and configuration files to enable consistent, repeatable releases
• Monitor application performance after deployment and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new releases
• Design deployment strategies and optimize release workflows, particularly in senior or lead roles
• Analyze moderately complex business requirements and implement solutions in production
• Handle requests that come in after hours
  
  

What You Bring

• Overall experience~ 2–5 years
• Strong experience in application support across Windows and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
• Working knowledge of Shell scripting
• Nice to have experience with Power BI
• Strong analytical skills, with proven debugging and problem-solving ability
• Good knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting
