Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analytics Leadership:
• Define and execute the global analytics roadmap for Talent Supply Chain working with the Global Talent Data and Analytics lead
• Translate business needs into data strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional TA hubs across North America, Europe, IBIOL, APAC, MEA, and Business Solutions to align on metrics, reporting standards, and insights.
• Act as a central point of coordination for global TA analytics initiatives.
• Advanced Reporting & Insights:
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and predictive models using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Deliver actionable insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, diversity hiring, on-time hire, CPH and candidate experience.
• Ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, CRM platforms).
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices.
• Innovation & Automation:
• Lead automation of reporting processes and explore AI/ML applications in recruitment analytics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative analytics solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business analytics, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics.
• Proven experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-regional collaboration.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, HR, or related field.

• Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning in HR.
• Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Ability to influence senior leadership through data storytelling.
