Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analytics Leadership:
Define and execute the global analytics roadmap for Talent Supply Chain working with the Global Talent Data and Analytics lead
Translate business needs into data strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Partner with regional TA hubs across North America, Europe, IBIOL, APAC, MEA, and Business Solutions to align on metrics, reporting standards, and insights.
Act as a central point of coordination for global TA analytics initiatives.
Advanced Reporting & Insights:
Build and maintain executive dashboards and predictive models using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
Deliver actionable insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, diversity hiring, on-time hire, CPH and candidate experience.
Ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, CRM platforms).
Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices.
Innovation & Automation:
Lead automation of reporting processes and explore AI/ML applications in recruitment analytics.
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in business analytics, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics.
Proven experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-regional collaboration.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Excel.
Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, HR, or related field.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning in HR.
Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Ability to influence senior leadership through data storytelling.
