About The Role

You will take briefs, tools, and raw material and turn them into clear, engaging video. You move quickly without losing attention to detail. You are comfortable working across short form and long-form content, and you enjoy trying new tools, including AI, to make the process faster and sharper.

What You Will Do

• Edit and produce short-form videos for social, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling
• Edit talks, interviews, product walk-throughs, and behind-the-scenes content
• Create simple motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and transitions
• Collaborate with marketing and design to refine narrative, structure, and key messages
• Capture footage in the Pune office or at events when needed
• Use AI tools for transcripts, rough cuts, idea generation, and versioning where useful
• Maintain a library of templates, presets, and project structures so that turnaround times stay low
• Prepare exports tailored to each channel and format
  
  

• Solid hands-on experience with tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar
• A showreel that proves you can handle both pace and storytelling
• Comfort with color correction, audio cleanup, and basic sound design
• Ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, propose an approach, and deliver on time
• Experience delivering for social platforms and understanding of how people watch content
• Curiosity about AI tools for video and willingness to experiment with them as part of your process
  
  

• Experience shooting video on DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Interest in motion design beyond simple text and logo animation
  
  

• Clear ownership of video output for a growing AI and digital practice
