Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
- Research on best practices amongst large Banks and NBFCs on various matters as may directed by the management and Board.
- Resolving directors’ queries on compliances.
- Assisting CS-BFL in scheduling group level meetings, AGM preparation and conduct, in day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure compliance of various legal requirements – such as stock exchange filing, RoC filings, etc.
- Prepare checklists and process / procedures for corporate level actions of BFS group companies.
- Ensuring regulatory updates are actioned up and suitable actions are implemented in order to ensure compliances.
- Assisting in group company’s compliances
- Qualified company secretary
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
