Transformation Solutioning Lead

he Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Process Excellence & Digital Operations will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple UK P&C Insurance clients. The role focuses on defining transformation strategy, driving operational excellence, scaling digital and automation capabilities, and delivering sustainable business value through process redesign, productivity improvement, and innovation. The AVP will partner with client executives and senior stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, modernize service delivery models, and lead governance forums that accelerate business transformation. 

This position requires a strong blend of UK P&C Insurance expertise, Lean Six Sigma leadership, transformation consulting, digital automation knowledge, and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will oversee multiple transformation portfolios, lead high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement culture, and support business growth through solutioning, consulting, and strategic client engagement.

• Define and execute transformation and operational excellence strategies across UK P&C Insurance operations.
• Lead process improvement, re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive digital operations and automation programs leveraging RPA, Python, VBA, AutoHotkey, Power Automate, OCR, and workflow solutions.
• Partner with client leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformation opportunities.
• Lead executive governance, strategic reviews, benefit realization, and transformation councils.
• Manage multiple client transformation portfolios and support business growth initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing transformation, automation, and consulting teams.
• Establish governance frameworks for automation, productivity tracking, ROI measurement, and value realization.
• Drive operational improvements across quality, customer experience, controls, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
• Support solution development, transformation consulting, proposals, and commercial discussions.
