As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling ticket sales and reservations, while as an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing assistance to passengers at the airport. Responsibilities:

• Handle ticket sales and reservations for domestic and international flights
• Process payments and issue tickets to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
• Monitor flight schedules and ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations at the airport
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Keep accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
• Stay updated with airline policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in ticketing or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
