Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic conversations with potential real estate clients to generate leads.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs and match them to appropriate properties.
  • Follow up regularly with potential clients to close transactions successfully.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate site visits for interested clients.
  • Provide accurate information about real estate projects and developments to clients.
  • Address client queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner over the phone.
  • Continuously update knowledge of real estate products, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify potential client segments for outreach.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase company sales and customer base.
  • Ensure that all client information and feedback are documented in the CRM system.
  • Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service in all communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert potential leads into sales.
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
