About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Techno-Functional Engagement Leader with 12–18+ years of experience in delivering large-scale SAP programs. This role combines deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, strong functional knowledge in domains like Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Sales, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

You will lead end-to-end SAP engagements, drive transformation programs, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing solution design, integrations, and architecture, guiding teams on SAP best practices, and managing risks to ensure delivery excellence. Additionally, you will support pre-sales activities and mentor high-performing teams in complex environments.

Who You Are

• A seasoned SAP professional with 12–18+ years of experience delivering large-scale SAP programs.
• A techno-functional leader who can bridge business requirements and SAP technical solutions.
• An expert in SAP S/4HANA with deep functional strength in at least one core domain (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Sales).
• A trusted client advisor, comfortable engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
• A hands-on leader who understands both SAP functional design and technical architecture.
• A mentor and team builder who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end SAP engagements, from solution design through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Lead SAP transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Act as the primary client-facing leader, aligning SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Provide techno-functional oversight across SAP S/4HANA modules, integrations, and custom developments.
• Guide teams on SAP best practices, SAP Activate methodology, and standardization.
• Review and approve functional designs, technical specifications, and architecture decisions.
• Drive integration strategy involving SAP BTP, CPI, Fiori, and third-party systems.
• Manage risks, resolve escalations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal reviews.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing SAP functional and technical teams.
