SAP Solution Leader
About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical SAP Technical Engagement Leader / Solution Delivery Manager with 12–18+ years of experience in architecting and delivering large-scale SAP programs. This role emphasizes deep technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP development, SAP CPI integration architecture, and end-to-end solution design.
You will be responsible for leading SAP technical architecture, driving complex integrations, overseeing custom developments, and ensuring high-quality technical delivery across SAP landscapes. The role requires strong hands-on capability combined with leadership in managing global technical teams and large transformation programs.
You will act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Who You Are
- A highly experienced SAP technical leader with 12–18+ years in SAP delivery
- Strong expertise in ABAP (RICEF objects, OData, Enhancements, BAdIs, CDS Views, Reports, Interfaces, Forms, Conversions)
- Deep knowledge of SAP CPI integration architecture and middleware design
- Proven experience in SAP Solution Architecture and Landscape Design
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA technical architecture and data models
- A hands-on technical leader who can review code, architecture, and integration designs
- Comfortable engaging with enterprise architects, CTOs, and senior technical stakeholders
- Experienced in managing distributed technical teams and global delivery models
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end SAP technical solution design and delivery
- Own SAP architecture covering S/4HANA, integrations, extensions, and custom developments
- Design and govern ABAP development standards, code quality, and performance optimization
- Define and drive SAP CPI integration strategies for SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP systems
- Architect APIs, interfaces, and event-driven integrations
- Review and approve technical design documents (TDDs), code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, clean core strategy, and extensibility frameworks
- Drive adoption of Fiori/UI5, OData services, and BTP-based extensions
- Lead system landscape planning including transport strategy and environment management
- Manage technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns
- Support pre-sales solutioning with architecture design and effort estimations
- Act as a Solution Delivery Manager, ensuring on-time and high-quality technical delivery
- Mentor and build strong SAP technical teams
