Riveron is seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to lead our growing analytics team in India. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data analytics and leadership experience, who can drive data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights using advanced tools and technologies. Who You Are

• A data analytics professional with 8–10 years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Proficient in SQL for complex query writing, data extraction, and performance optimization.
• Skilled in Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, and statistical modeling.
• Experienced in data modeling (relational, dimensional, and analytical models).
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and services like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledgeable in ETL processes, data governance, and best practices for data quality and security.
• Strong understanding of version control tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Design and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.
• Drive performance optimization for analytics workflows and reporting systems.
• Champion best practices in data governance, security, and documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure SQL Database.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for analytics deployments.
• Experience in Agile environments, including sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
