Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced candidate with 6+ years of expertise in Technical Writing. The candidate should have the ability to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical content that aligns with the industry standards and enhances user experience.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer, the candidate should have the ability to:

• Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation
• Work independently on technical writing projects
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to produce high-quality documentation and training videos
• Contribute to more than one project at a time, as needed
• Create multiple output types such as Word, HTML, PDF, and videos based on requirements
• Learn fast, and catch up with the knowledge of products
  
  

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Madcap Flare
• Experience in Agile mode of working
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
• Knowledge in creating videos
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  
  

• Understanding of docs-as-code approach of writing
• Knowledge of writing UX micro-copy
