We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom transformation and technology projects from initiation and funding approval through execution, deployment, go-live and stabilization.

• End-to-end project management

• Telecom transformation / technology projects

• Project planning, scheduling & roadmap management

• Budgeting, forecasting & financial management

• RAID management and risk mitigation

• Scope and change management

• Dependency and critical path management

• Stakeholder and vendor management

• Project governance and steering committee management

• Executive dashboards and status reporting

• Azure DevOps (ADO)

• SAP financial tools

• MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project

• Release, deployment & operational readiness

• Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria

• Manage planning, estimation, funding approvals and execution

• Drive governance, steering committee meetings and decision-making

• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and financial performance

• Track project health, dependencies, milestones and critical path

• Own RAID management and ensure timely resolution of risks/issues

• Manage scope changes through formal change control

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and third-party partners

• Ensure testing, quality and business acceptance before sign-off

• Provide executive-level reporting and project dashboards

• Lead go-live, hypercare and transition to operations

• Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives

? Good to Have

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Master certification

• Telecom experience across OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management or Provisioning

• Large-scale system integration or application modernization experience

• Release management and deployment governance experience
