We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In This Role, You Will
High level impact analysis of the demand tickets related to payments processing, especially in customer advice and statements, Global SWIFT GPI changes.
PI Planning (Program Increment Planning): Must conduct quarterly PI exercise of Product delivery and contribution to on going projects
Project Planning & Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coaching teams and facilitates events. Empowers teams to self-organize. Focuses on optimizing the flow of value.
Team Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, providing clear direction and motivation. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Execution & Monitoring: Track project progress against the plan, manage the project budget, and monitor resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial limits.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on project status, risks, and progress.
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and processes.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
15+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex technology projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Confluence).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
