POC for clarification: Gautam P<br><br>The Ad Operations Executive is responsible for the end-to-end trafficking, implementation, quality assurance, and management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple ad technology platforms. The role involves campaign setup, tracking implementation, billing reconciliation, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Campaign Management<br>Create, configure, and manage digital advertising campaigns using<strong> CM360 (DCM) </strong>and Placements.io.<br>Review and revise Insertion Orders (IOs) based on campaign requirements.<br>Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot trafficking-related issues.<br>Perform campaign QA before launch to ensure accurate setup.<br><br>Ad Trafficking &amp; Tag Management<br>Traffic display advertising creatives across supported platforms and generating the tags<br>Generate and implement Floodlight tracking tags in CM360.<br>Support tag implementation and validation using <strong>Google Tag Manager (GTM).</strong><br>Coordinate with implementation teams for tracking deployment and testing.<br>Assist with third-party ad serving and tracking using DoubleVerify and Flashtalking.<br><br>Verification &amp; Quality Assurance<br><strong>Perform end-to-end QA of creatives,&nbsp;</strong><strong>click-through&nbsp;</strong>URLs, impression tracking, and Floodlight implementation.<br>Create campaign blueprints and verification setups using DoubleVerify.<br>Troubleshoot tracking and implementation issues with internal and external stakeholders.<br><br>Billing &amp; Operations<br>Perform monthly billing reconciliation and validate campaign delivery against approved budgets.<br>Maintain campaign documentation and ensure data accuracy.<br>Track monthly media budgets and support financial reporting using Microsoft Excel.<br><br>Documentation &amp; Reporting<br>Create and maintain trafficking sheets and campaign trackers using Google Sheets.<br>Update media plans and campaign documentation.<br>Prepare campaign status updates and operational reports.<br><br>Research &amp; Platform Support<br>Conduct competitive analysis using MediaRadar and other available tools.<br>Capture media screenshots for campaign verification and documentation.<br>Provide operational support for LinkedIn <strong>Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns as requested.</strong><br><br>Soft Skills<br>Understanding of digital advertising operations and campaign trafficking.<br>Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</div>
