Job Description
| Supervise and guide pipe bending operators and helpers |
| Plan and assign daily work to the team |
| Ensure pipe bending is done as per drawings and specifications |
| Monitor production targets and maintain workflow efficiency |
| Check quality of finished products and ensure accuracy |
| Set up and oversee bending machines (manual/CNC) |
| Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues |
| Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE |
| Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams |
| Maintain records of production and work progress |
