Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such SMP, compressors, Genset, and non CNC production machinery.
Diagnose mechanical faults and failures using appropriate tools and techniques; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of mechanical components and assemblies.
Collaborate with production, and Quality teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize production interruptions.
Maintain detailed records (MTTR & MTBF) of maintenance activities, Machine history, and Spare parts inventory.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies during maintenance operations.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and other team members.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce costs.
Implement and drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to maximize equipment effectiveness, reduce downtime, and promote operator involvement in routine maintenance.
Lead and participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in maintenance and production areas.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Exp-2 to 4 years
Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance techniques.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
