Job Description

• Follow development batch plan to conduct product life test / torque / load / theft / SST (Salt Spray Testing)/ Drop test.
• Validate end to end product life cycle and inform to superior for further any deviation.
• Conduct NPD(New Product Development) process audit as per process drawing. Note down actual observation w.r.t. process drawing & Escalate process non-compliance issue.
• Monitor development part PPM (Parts per million) on daily basis. Monitor daily project progress status and ensure first time right quality.
• Validate NPD FAIR (New Product Development - Final Assembly Inspection Report) & give approval for product dispatch. Responsible for FAIR (Final Assembly Inspection Report), FGWH (Finished good warehouse), Dock audit for New develop product. Conduct MSA (Measurement system analysis) & Statistical process study as per project plan. Escalate on time project non-compliance & take target for closure.
• Plan daily inspection activity. Validate TRIR(Trial request inspection report) for new process / tool. Deliver training to operator on effective use of gauges. Prepared SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) / WI (Work Instruction) for new develop process. Maintain NPD(New Product Development) gauge calibration compliance till project handover.
• Prepare MRM data. Validate MDS (Manufacturing Data Sheet) as per part & process drawing.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Should have minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in NPD (New Product Development), supplier & process quality.
• Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / DME in Mechanical Engineering.
• Through knowledge on various manufacturing process like sheet metal stamping, High pressure die casting, Assembly process, Plastic moulding & Various surface finishing process.
