We are seeking an experienced SAP Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes to support and enhance our global SAP landscape. This role plays a critical part in the ongoing support and continuous improvement of our SAP ERP ECC and S/4HANA systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SAP technical teams, and functional consultants to translate business needs into scalable, effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Beldens SAP Order-to-Cash applications and related add-ons, addressing incidents, change requests, and enhancement opportunities.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to OTC processes.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with the ABAP development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
Configure and customize SAP OTC processes to align with evolving business needs.
Lead system and integration testing efforts; support user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct end-user training sessions.
Document system configurations, functional designs, test scenarios, and user procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
Support SAP change and release management processes, ensuring smooth deployments and minimizing risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP OTC and other modules or third-party systems.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing SAP Order-to-Cash solutions.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes in S/4 HANA
Proven track record in supporting and optimizing SAP Order-to-Cash business processes including sales order management, pricing, availability checks, credit management, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing.
Experience with SAP integration to legacy ERP systems is advantageous.
ABAP debugging experience is a plus.
Strong familiarity with SAP technologies such as ABAP, BADI, IDOC, RFC, ALE, BAPI, API, CDS Views, and FIORI.
Knowledge of application maintenance standards such as ITIL is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex OTC issues and drive process improvements.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
