Sr Manager-HHkVA PROJECTS SALES

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As the Senior Manager for HHKVA Projects Sales & Service at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will take ownership of leading high KVA projects with a customer-centric approach, working closely with the Direct Sales team. Your role involves a comprehensive understanding of customer, dealer, and OEM requirements, transforming these insights into clear, actionable project plans. You will foster collaboration across various internal departments including Channel teams, ensuring synchronized efforts toward achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end project lifecycles ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Staying abreast of market and industry trends through continuous intelligence gathering to anticipate competitive dynamics and inform strategic decision-making.
• Developing and executing technical strategies to enhance customer engagement, providing expert guidance and support not only to clients but also to team members for effective issue resolution.
• Monitoring project health with a focus on schedule adherence, budget management, and risk mitigation to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Preparing detailed, insightful reports on project progress and technical challenges to present to senior leadership, enabling informed business strategies.
• Applying financial acumen to analyze sales-related financial requirements, optimizing project feasibility and profitability.

This role demands a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, adept at bridging technical expertise with customer-focused project delivery to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction across the Powerol business unit.

Experience

Min 12 years of solid experience in managing higher KVA diesel generator projects or related power solutions in a competitive market.

B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of the latest high horsepower engine technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Experience in executing capital equipment projects from initiation through completion, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Leadership aptitude, with demonstrated team management skills and the capacity to inspire and guide cross-functional project teams.
