Sr Business Analyst

<p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, Use Cases), and act as a Product Owner to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering through development, testing, and release.</li><li>Work closely with global technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Coordinate product testing, defect analysis, and feature validation.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, resolve issues, and improve processes.</li><li>Manage Agile ceremonies and track requirements using Jira and Confluence.</li><li>Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.</li><li>Support end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering through implementation.</li><li>Communicate platform updates, enhancements, and project status to stakeholders.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;"><strong><br>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>4+ years of Business Analysis experience.</li><li>Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, and process documentation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation tools.</li><li>Basic SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li></ul>
