As part of our growing technology team, we are looking for a dynamic Anaplan Developer to join our Corporate Function team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our financial and planning models.

Experience And Core Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of architecture leadership experience with substantial hands-on software design and system evolution responsibilities; total technology experience ~14+ years.
• Strong background in AI agents, natural language interfaces, and interpreters/refactoring for AI-driven workflows.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of A2A (agent-to-agent) protocols and MCP (Multi-Client Protocol) agent building patterns.
• Experience building, tuning, or refactoring interpreters used within AI/ML pipelines or runtime environments.
  
  

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• AI Agents and RAG: Experience prototyping AI agents using Python frameworks with LangChain; building RAG-based agents that handle complex contexts and long-tail retrieval.
• LLM Platforms: Hands-on experience with primary LLM APIs and marketplaces (OpenAI, Azure AI Marketplace, AWS Bedrock).
• SDLC & CI/CD: Proficiency with GitHub-based pipelines; migrating build pipelines from Concourse/Jenkins to GitHub Actions and GitHub Packages; active use of GitHub Spaces for collaboration.
• Interpreters & Languages: Experience building, tuning, or refactoring interpreters; TypeScript and JavaScript framework experience.
• Architecture & Design: Pattern-Oriented Software Architecture (POSA) mindset; architectural leadership across large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS with clear tradeoff analyses.
• Data & Integration: Strong experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL, and data platforms; familiarity with data modeling (SQL/NoSQL), and data pipelines.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, EFS, WAF, Route 53, VPC), Terraform exposure, Kubernetes with Helm, and DevSecOps practices.
  
  

Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks beyond the core stack (e.g., React-based front-ends, micro-frontend architectures).
• Experience with LlamaIndex, vector stores, or other RAG tooling ecosystems.
• Experience migrating legacy technologies to newer frameworks using AI-assisted methods.
• Experience with interpreters in AI systems for domain-specific languages or decision engines.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities Architectural Leadership

• Steer architectural evolution for one or more product lines, emphasizing POSA-based approaches, modularity, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with platform teams to align platform capabilities with product needs; negotiate and converge on platform support decisions.
• Present clear rationale for architectural choices, including tradeoffs, performance, security, and scalability implications; design to minimize negative impacts on stakeholders.
  
  

System Design and Delivery

• Partner with product owners, product managers, and lead architects to decompose and recompose architectures, components, modules, and interfaces for assigned products.
• Lead agile iterations and release cadences via Jira-based methods; ensure alignment with enterprise design standards.
  
  

AI, Data, and Interoperability

• Design and guide the development of AI-driven features, including MCP/Multi-agent workflows, LLM integration, and RAG-based reasoning with complex contexts.
• Architect data flows and storage strategies for large-scale, multi-tenant environments; ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
• Define interfaces for interpreter components and ensure reliable integration with broader product ecosystems.
  
  

SDLC Excellence and Migration

• Drive modernization of CI/CD pipelines: migrate from Concourse/Jenkins to GitHub Actions/Spaces; optimize build/test/deploy workflows.
• Champion DevSecOps practices; embed security and compliance checks into pipelines and architectural decisions.
• Lead migration of legacy technologies to modern frameworks using AI-assisted analysis and refactoring techniques.
  
  

Technology Conformance and Documentation

• Ensure alignment with enterprise technology stacks; tailor prescriptions to enhance system capabilities.
• Document architecture decisions, diagrams, and guidelines in Confluence; produce clear design rationale and decision logs.
  
  

Mentorship and Collaboration

• Mentor software engineers, tech leads, and delivery managers; foster best practices, code quality, and architectural thinking.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to enforce design integrity, modern programming paradigms, and quality standards.
  
  

Project and Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders; translate tradeoffs into business impacts.
• Collaborate across product platform, security, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
  
  

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified AWS Cloud Solutions Architect (Associate) or equivalent cloud certifications.
  
  

Experience

• 7+ years of software architecture experience with a focus on designing and maintaining large-scale, multi-tenant systems.
• Substantial experience with microservices, containerization, serverless, cloud-native architectures.
• Practical hands-on experience with modern software stacks, including Java/Spring Boot, REST, GraphQL (Apollo preferred), and React/JS front-end technologies.
• Experience with explainable AI and designing interpretable AI components is a plus.
