Overview

The junior adjuster will be responsible to handle and execute all allocated tasks in accordance with the company’s documented service standards.

How Youll Make An Impact

Responsibilities:

  • Strong foundational and applied experience in U.S. and Canada-based General Liability, Cyber Liability, and EPL
  • Client-facing exposure, with proven communication skills and service awareness
  • A history of managing claims through a variety of cycles, from intake to complex resolution
  • Understanding of jurisdictional nuances, including comparative negligence, statutory guidelines, and claims with layered liability
  • High aptitude for self-sourcing answers, initiating critical conversations, and displaying resourcefulness
  • Experience negotiating with carriers and an awareness of claims business processes from the carrier perspective
  • Ideally, a background that includes roles as a complex adjuster, exposure to litigation, coverage analysis, loss prevention, or contributions to subrogation or arbitration prep
  • The interpersonal maturity to operate in high-touch, collaborative environments—not just executing solo tasks, but integrating into team dynamics, building visibility, and contributing to group momentum
  • To be a good team player and assist other team members claims in their absence.

About You

Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Licenses/Certificates: Claims related certification from recognized institution( CII, The Institutes, India Institute of Insurance) ( Desirable)
  • Work Experience: Prior experience of working in end to end claims handling or at least 3 to 4 processes involving various stages of claims lifecycle( Required)
  • Problem solving skills: Investigative, analytical, detail-oriented nature.
  • Organizational skills: Able to multi-task, establish priorities, complete tasks/assignment in a timely manner and comply with process requirements. Exceptional commitment to customer service.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates solid relationship building skills by being approachable, responsive and proactive. Should demonstrate collaborative working
  • Communication: Communicates orally and in writing clearly, concisely and professionally. No MTI, able to articulate while on call.
  • Attitude: Positive Mindset, maturity and friendly behavior.
  • Flexibility: Should be flexible with shifts.
  • Claims Knowledge: Fair knowledge of claims lifecycle and terminologies.
