• Plan and track deliverables (BRD review, CRD delivery)​

• Analyze BRD, manage Requirements workshops, participate in requirement walkthrough​

• Communication with Product Managers and Owners about Customer requirements​

• Conduct gap analysis- finalize gaps scope and classifications with product (Roadmap item or CR), coordinate scope with PM​

• Understand Business and System set-up needs and conduct Solution & Design analysis and CRD review ​

• Monitoring and troubleshooting CRD creation activities (Coverage, timelines) and sign off with the customer​

• Support defects prioritization ​

• Experience level – 10+ yrs

• Experience level – 10+ yrs

• Must have strong experience in GPP
