Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently in both Functional and Automation of all the products and features in the group.
• Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Execute test cases, report defects, and ensure the software meets quality and performance standards.
• Identify, document, and track software defects. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
• Automate the test cases for the assigned features and maintain the automation suite for regression testing.
• Prepare and configure test environments, including software installations and configurations.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure the softwares quality and reliability.
• Conduct exploratory testing to find defects that might not be covered by test cases.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest testing techniques, tools, and industry trends.
  
  
  

• Candidate having 2-5 years of experience in functional and automation QA role in a product company.
• Strong experience of testing SaaS applications.
• Should know basic Linux and Unix commands.
• Must have experience on any public (AWS/AZURE/GCP) or private Cloud platform.
• Good experience on Docker containers/ Kubernetes/ CICD technologies and also well versed with build management tools like Git, Bamboo, Jenkins.
• Good experience of working with Databases like Cassandra, Elastic search and should be able to form queries.
• Excellent analytical and program-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication, self-starter, and highly motivated.
• Work in a dynamic environment and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
