Job Description

Job Title: Injection Area Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Develops and implements injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and plant objectives ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.
• Coaches and develops team leaders, to ensure maximum efficiency on shifts.
• Implements continuous improvement plans and activities to maximise the efficiency and development of the Injection Moulding process.
• As a process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management(process review, KPIs management, procedure review, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed & resources provision for process realization)taking into consideration relevant requirements & its evolution.
• 12 IPIs with specific focus on injection area (CNQ, RFT, Moulding Scrap, Standards & Network).
• Taking part in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementation of specific follow-up activities.
• Leading daily production meetings, adjusting the resources according to the changes, implementing and making sure the efficiency of corrective actions.
• Providing appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team.
