You Role

• Minimum 9-15 Years of experience out of which atleast 4 years Relevant as ServiceNow ITAM BA
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Support configuration, reporting, and testing for ServiceNow ITAM modules.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and drive data integrity across SAM/HAM and CMDB, Create workflows, diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  
  

Your Profile

• 4–8+ years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management and Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM modules (SAM Pro, HAM Pro) and ITIL/CSDM standards.
• Ability to document processes, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of software licensing models and compliance frameworks.
