Summary

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to batching plant software to minimize downtime.
  
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on batching plant equipment and software interfaces.
  
• Deliver comprehensive technical support and problem-solving assistance to end-users and internal teams.
  
• Manage and administer Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  
• Oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules, providing support for system integration and daily operations.
  
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize software functionality.
  

• Possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in a relevant technical support or engineering role.
  
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of industrial software applications.
  
• Exhibit specific expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining batching plant software solutions.
  
• Show proficiency in CRM and ERP system administration and support tasks.
  
• Display strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical service delivery.
  
• Maintain a salary expectation within the range of ₹3-4 LPA.
