Summary

Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):

The Series Care–PA Face Lift for platform parts , Special models, limited edition is responsible for managing and implementing Modification ,new development and engineering changes in the production phase (post-SOP + 3 months) for platform body system components. The role ensures the input and resolution of field issues not to repeat , execution of engineering changes, serial modifications, and maintenance of complete technical documentation including CAD drawing .drawings,FFOR validation reports, and Bill of Material (BoM) updates.

Authority

Acts responsible to approve PA content ,alignment with Marketing input and estimation and release of engineering change requests related to body system components.

Authority to coordinate with internal departments (G1 ,E0,Production, Quality, Purchasing) and external suppliers regarding engineering issues.

Empowered to initiate validation and implementation of approved changes in serial production.

Key Responsibilities &Tasks

Relevant change Management and implement engineering changes

Lead post-SOP (+3M) projects and resolve field issues.

Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Prepare and release serial changes, CAD, and documentation.

Validate changes and update Bill of Material (BoM).

Coordinate with design, production, and suppliers.

Drive continuous improvement in series production.
