As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the user experience for our products or services. Leveraging your extensive design expertise, you will lead the user experience design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interaction for our users.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the overall design strategy to meet business goals.
Key Result Responsibilities
User Research and Analysis:Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
Analyze user feedback, behavior analytics, and market trends to inform design decisions.
Interaction Design:Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and/or mobile applications.
Define and document interaction patterns, user flows, and navigation structures.
Visual Design:Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements, including color schemes, typography, and iconography.
Ensure design assets are in line with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Usability Testing:Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.
Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback.
Collaboration:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
Mentorship and Leadership:Provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX designers, fostering skill development and a collaborative team environment.
Lead design critiques and contribute to design team growth.
Design System Management:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Evangelize and enforce design system principles within the organization.
Design Strategy:Contribute to the overall design strategy, aligning design decisions with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
Work Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
