Senior UI Designer

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement. Your role is pivotal in shaping the aesthetic and functional design language of our products. With your deep understanding of design principles, you'll work collaboratively with our product, development, and marketing teams to translate complex ideas into elegant solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI design process, from concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define design requirements.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce consistent design standards and guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design revisions effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs into code.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and foster innovative design solutions.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Continuously improve design processes to enhance team productivity and output quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferable.
• At least five years of proven experience in UI design roles required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface designs across various platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and color nuances.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate design decisions and visions clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
